Outstandingly accommodating and super friendly staff during my stay. Nice building, particularly good location close to a restaurant, the visitor center and the nice garden area. Also, to food venues.

The morning meal was satisfactory with orange juice, hard boiled eggs plus coffee/tea. Both rooms we booked were neat with a jacuzzi, coffee plus unseen bugs, the stay was really good. The location was marvellous and enjoyable, on highway!

Friendly, helpful staff! Clean and comfortable accommodation! Great breakfast!
Would have been helpful if a wheelchair was on site. I was traveling with my elderly mother and walking any distance is difficult.

The location is comfy and absolutely perfect for traveling around Williams Lake. Adjacent to the great Laughing Loon Pub and Restaurant, which offers a 10% discount for guests on food items. The staff were very amiable and useful.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room nicely appointed with up to date furniture and TV. Continental breakfast had a good assortment of foods and drinks.(juice, coffee, tea.hot chocolate). It was nice to be able to have our breakfast in the hotel before continuing our travels.
